These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Machine Banana Inc. ("Machine Banana," "we," "our," or "us"), which operates Snubbas ("the Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to them, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Snubbas is a daily accountability companion app that helps users set intentions, track personal standards, and reflect on their progress. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated or modified at any time.

User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service
• One person may not maintain more than one account

Acceptable Use

You retain ownership of the content you create within Snubbas, including your daily entries, reflections, and personal data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Intellectual Property

The Snubbas name, logo, design, and all associated content are the property of Machine Banana Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Snubbas is a personal development tool, not a substitute for professional mental health, medical, or therapeutic advice. We are not liable for any decisions or actions you take based on your use of the Service. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of Snubbas after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be resolved in Swedish courts.
